Bean Cook Off

4 person max per team
We ask that teams provide their own 10x10 tent and serving tables.
Cooking team parking will be on a first-come first-serve basis as there is limited parking in close vicinity around the event.

HGA ask for a 5 pounds minimum of white or red beans.
All cooking must be done the day of the event. No precooked items. Presoaked beans are allowed.
Serving to the public will begin at 11:00 A.M.
No electrical outlets or running water will be available. Cooking must be done using a burner, Cajun Cooker, etc.
All propane bottles must be equipped with a regulator to hose.
Teams must provide all utensils for cooking, preparing, and serving white beans.
Cook your best white or red bean dish!
